Live online gatherings for those wanting to take time out to meditate with others, nurture their meditation practice, and integrate mindfulness into their daily lives.

Meetups are More than Time to Meditate

Lessons: These Meetups have been created to go beyond simply guiding you through a meditation. The intention is to help you cultivate success with practicing mindfulness meditation. Therefore, in addition to meditating, each Meetup will include a brief lesson about a core mindfulness meditation principle for you to reflect upon.

 The lessons have been prepared with the goal of meeting people wherever they are on their meditation journey.

  • For new meditators, the lessons provide practical guidance to facilitate practice and reduce obstacles that may hinder progress.

  • For seasoned meditators, the lessons serve as beneficial reminders . . . to refresh and deepen their practice.

Connection: The intention for these Meetups is to offer a break from the solitude of meditating alone and foster connection. Therefore, the live Meetups will be interactive, cultivating engagement between Lisa and those in attendance.

Mindful Meetups occur every 2 months, last 45 minutes, and take place on Zoom at 12pm EST. Not able to attend the live Mindful Meetups? No worries! Each Meetup is recorded and is available on-demand after the Meetup date.
